1. What problems should the nozzle pay attention to when using UV ink?
When high viscosity ink such as UV ink is used, a relatively large pressure loss occurs in the filter and other parts of the ink supply system channel, which may result in poor inkjet performance. Therefore, it is suggested to install heaters in the ink supply channel up to the nozzle as needed to reduce ink viscosity and avoid pressure loss.
2. The main points or directive requirements of mechanical installation for nozzle installation and splicing, such as the flatness of nozzle floor, the distance from the nozzle to the material, and the directive requirements of processing accuracy in X and Y directions.
•The machining accuracy of X and Y direction is determined by the position relationship between the adjusting positioning column and the nozzle on the nozzle. The position accuracy is + 0.008mm.

    The print head does not have two color aligned columns. Usually, the nozzle is used under the condition of monochrome 600dpi. If you need to use multi-color, it is generally used with scan printer mechanism, not suitable for one pass printer mechanism.
