 1.Sublimation ink
      Sublimation transfer ink is the key material of sublimation transfer printing technology, which mainly consists of disperse dyes, binders, solvents and a small amount of additives. Dyes should have good sublimation, transferability and permeability. The fastness of the transfer printing dyestuffs reached a certain level. The molecular weight was 230-380, and the sublimation temperature was 180℃-240. Anthraquinone dyestuffs, azo dyes and cationic dyes were commonly used. The bonding material should have low affinity with dyes, easy to release dye gas, and suitable printing suitability, preservation and heat transfer adaptability. The commonly used bonding materials are low viscosity ethyl cellulose, ethyl diameter ethyl cellulose (EHEC), long oil modified alkyd resin and so on. Commonly used solvents are turpentine, pine oil, high boiling point alkanes, aromatic alkanes, fibrinolytic agents, etc.

2.Temperature and Time
   The heat transfer printing process requires that the temperature should be controlled in the range of 180 ~230 ℃, about 10~30 seconds. At the same time, we should pay attention to the reasonable allocation of temperature and time.
   Pressure is also one of the important parameters of the sublimation transfer process. Taking thermal sublimation transfer printing for example, if the pressure is too small, the gap between the fabric and transfer paper is large, the yarn is circular, the ink gas molecules collide with the air and escape, resulting in poor printing effect, while the ink is easy to penetrate, thicken lines, and make the pattern, pattern blurred, visual effect worse if the pressure is appropriate; When the gap between the flat yarn fabric and the transfer paper is suitable, the transfer coloring effect is good, the pattern is clear, the line is smooth and fine: if the pressure is too high, it is easy to produce deformation, wool and heavy fabric morphological changes, resulting in rough handle and colored surface defects. Therefore, controlling transfer pressure is very important for printing pattern, pattern clarity, visual effect and so on.
3.Others
    In addition to ink, temperature, time and pressure will affect the quality of sublimation transfer printing, there are also some matters worthy of our attention in the actual production process. First of all, the selection of transfer paper, stable quality, high reputation supplier is the first choice of printing enterprises: Secondly, to realize that the color of dye ink before transfer printing (heat and pressure transfer paper on the pattern) and after transfer printing (transfer to the fabric on the pattern) is very different, generally dye ink before transfer printing looks dark and glossy In this way, it is very necessary to proofing before printing production. Finally, when hot transfer printing, it is necessary to ensure that the hot-pressed surface, transfer paper and the surface of the printed material are close to each other, and there is no gap.
