     Many people will have some mistakes  when testing new nozzle of inkjet printers. These are some notes on the installation and testing of new nozzle of the inkjet printers, would you like to follow me to take a note?

1.Injecting water from needle tube to check the nozzle.NO !

   Before testing the nozzle to check the nozzle with a syringe to see if it is blocked. This is a very unnecessary and dangerous , first of all, once the  has entered the water, you turn on the electricity without getting dry, it's easy to burn out the print head,the nozzle usually has a protective liquid, you use a needle to water to the head, not only washed away the head of the protective liquid, but also because the pressure of the hand is too big, easily cause the nozzle gas plugging and no ink;

2.Prohibit knocking

   The head of the nozzle is very fragile. It must not be knocked. Its surface is a piece of aluminum, and the inner layer is coated with crystal oscillators and very small ink tubes. A bump will be concave, deformed or even broken, and the nozzle will be scrapped.

3.Be careful when installing sprinklers. 

   Be sure to cut off electricity and put them in place. After loading, gently push the cart around the side with your hands to check whether it is smooth.If the head is not in place, it will be easy to bump the head when it moves.

4.Steel shaft should also be clean and smooth. 

   Wipe with paper towel and grease. Do not pour directly on the shaft. Excess oil will flow to the nozzle and cause damage.

5.After the machine and the circuit are unmistakable, we should check the water path. 

   First, look at the insufficient water in the cartridge; secondly, check the clean scraps and the ink pump is dirty or not.

6.Discharge the air

   There will be air in the new nozzle , so it will not print immediately. Only when the    air in the head is completely discharged can it print normally.

  The specific steps are as follows:

1) Intermittent cleaning.Wash 2 times at a 

  time, then stop for 30 minutes before  

  cleaning the second times.Too many 

  times of excessive cleaning will cause

  ink accumulation, which will not only    

  make printing and mixing, ink leakage, but 

  also waste ink.

2) You can print more pictures to let the 

 print head discharge air at work.

3) If the machine has elicited the waste ink tube, you can cut off the power first and 

  use a needle with rubber tube to drain the pipe, until the 3-5ml ink is drawn out, 

  then start the machine again and use the machine to clean it once. It's like 

  artificially pumping the air out of the head. The side effect is easy to cause the   

  wash pump to stack ink.
