Matters of attention about using sublimation paper
1.The humidity of the printing environment is best controlled at 45 ~ 70% RH.
If the air is too dry to make transfer paper warping, when the transfer of ink, may cause friction cause nozzle damage; If the humidity is too high, not only makes the paper curl, will lead to drying speed slow down .Please use the air conditioner in the printing room. Once there is a stable environment, you can stabilize inkjet printing. If the air conditioning is not used in the constant temperature and humidity conditions, 2-3 days ahead of time to open the transfer paper carton, transfer paper to breathe in the air,to balance the moisture in transfer paper.The purpose of doing so is to transfer The paper interior environment is as close as possible to the printing room environment to avoid drying the transfer paper too much to absorb the printing ink and stretch the arch.
2.When the ambient humidity is very large, the transfer base paper layer may be due to uneven absorption of both sides of the left and right elongation inconsistent, in this case will print the long strip pattern or cardboard wrinkling, the remedy can Is a clean steel pipe (steel pipe must be level) between the paper feed side and the unwinding, and the appropriate weight on both ends of the pipe is kept flat and the proper tension is maintained before the transfer paper enters.
3.When the transfer paper absorbs too much water in the air, the paper becomes very soft, so it is easy to fold the transfer paper through the pick-up roller. The remedy is to take some pick up rollers from the interval. Press the press to keep the printer off.
