1.The ink viscosity is too high
If the viscosity of the ink is too high, the adhesion of the ink tube may be caused, resulting in insufficient ink supply. Insufficient ink can also cause color errors. Especially in winter, the temperature is low, this phenomenon is more prominent.
→Improve indoor temperature (such as air conditioning, dryers, electric heaters, etc.) to reduce the viscosity of the ink.
2.The Pressure on The Nozzle
The voltage of the nozzle, because the level of the nozzle can determine the level of the internal pressure of the piezoelectric ceramic bending, and thus high voltage can also increase the amount of inkjet. Does not affect the quality of the picture under the premise of the lower the better.
Different Situation
A.The high nozzle voltage and low viscosity of the ink will result in too much ink jet and excessive speed. The ink dots reflect the formation of ink droplets on the bottom of the nozzle to clog the nozzle, and burrs and floating phenomena may occur.
B.If the nozzle voltage is low and the viscosity of the ink is high, no oil is injected, the color block is uneven and not full.

3. Ink Viscosity is Too Low
If the viscosity of the ink is too low, the ink is too thin and the ink ejection speed is too fast, and the ink is reflected on the light cloth and reflected back to the nozzle, causing the ink to stagnate in the nozzle, causing the nozzle to clog.Spray the same color for a long time. This phenomenon is even more prominent.
→Spray the nozzle with a professional swab sticky cleaning solution. If you want to completely solve this question will have to change the viscosity of high ink.
4.The Impact of Static Electricity on Equipment And Ink
In the inkjet printing process, a large amount of static electricity is generated due to the friction between the inkjet printing material and the roller. If it is not eliminated in time, the normal operation of the nozzle can be easily influenced, and the ink droplets are affected
by the static electricity and deviate from the trajectory of the screen. If the static electricity is too large, the nozzle may be damaged. However, the computer equipment may be affected by high static electricity, which may cause garbled codes and collisions, and may even burn the circuit board of the machine.
→It is extremely important to take correct and effective measures to eliminate static electricity from the equipment.Buried ground is a good way to eliminate static electricity.
