The sublimation paper has different kinds, such as quick drying paper, sticky paper, light weight paper, high weight paper and so on, their application will also have a little difference.Today we will share some experience on sticky paper.
   Sticky/Tacky sublimation transfer paper is a research and development for elastic fabrics transfer paper, the performance of viscosity size is affected by many factors such as fabric, air humidity mode, heat transfer temperature, printing color, coating weight, etc.
1. Different fabrics have different void structures and surface treatment methods, so the viscosity of the transfer adhesion will be different.
2. Viscous heat sublimation transfer paper in the process of printing, on the degree of baking paper, its viscosity also have certain differences, baked too dry to cause a decline in viscosity, deposit and when air humidity is bigger, paper suction can lead to viscosity.
3.In the thermal transfer process, as the temperature rises, the moisture loss of the transfer paper is more evaporating, and the high temperature will affect the viscosity, so the heat transfer temperature control is also an important part of the viscosity.
In order to avoid reproducing in the process of printing,here are some suggestions.
1.It is suggested that it should not be too long after printing to avoid excessive volatilization and moisture loss of transfer paper.In addition, it is recommended to lower the drying temperature if the sublimation ink is not allowed to drop.
2.When conditions permit, control the temperature and humidity of the production environment, especially the relative humidity of the air. The proposed control is about 70%.
3.Control transfer printing conditions, our company viscosity thermal sublimation transfer paper suggest the heat transfer conditions of 220 ℃ -240℃ and 20 s-30 s.
