2.Main production points
1) Pre-press semi-finished fabric scouring can not be overcooked, or the permeability of the fabric is good,pigment will penetrate to the back, the front of the color will be lighter; therefore, for the semi-finished coating printing fabrics, to properly control its permeability can not be too good;
2) Softeners, especially water-repellent silicone softeners, can significantly reduce the adhesion of paints, resulting in reduced color fastness. Most current digital printing plants do not do their own pretreatment. Therefore, digital printing plants purchase semi-finished products. Communicate with printing and dyeing plants to ensure that there is no softener;
3) For orders with high color fastness requirements, liquids can be pre-treated to improve not only the color fastness but also the vivid colors. According to the test results, the color can be increased by 2-3% and the color fastness can be increased by Level 0.5- 1;
4) The same coating ink, the color fastness on different fabrics is not the same, the maximum difference of up to 0.5-1;
5) The color fastness of coating ink is related to fixing temperature and time. The higher the temperature, the longer the time and the better the color fastness, but the cotton cloth will turn yellow under high temperature. Therefore, the fixing process should be determined according to the fabric. For temperature-sensitive fabrics, the temperature is lower, the temperature is lower, and the fixing time is extended to ensure the color fastness. The general fixing temperature is between 150-170°C, and the fixing time is between 90-300 seconds.
6) To further improve the color fastness, you can fix the fixing agent and softener in the later process. However, it should be noted that after the softener is applied, the wet rubbing fastness is improved but the dry rubbing fastness is reduced.
7) Dark fabric coating digital printing: For dark fabrics, the general use of three ways to achieve paint digital printing, first print white ink, and then cover the print color ink, because the white ink does not have adhesion, therefore, must first spray pretreatment Liquid, this way the fabric surface film, feel hard, poor air permeability; Second, the first scrape out the pulp, and then print the coating, after high temperature treatment, the dye is removed, the paint is bonded up, soft to the touch, the color effect is good, In this way, when the fabric is dyed, a dye that can be discharged is used. Thirdly, the digital printing of dark-colored fabrics can also be achieved by means of a screen-squeegee squeegee.
