1.After the installation of the equipment and maintenance of the nozzle at the beginning of the equipment.
1) In order to make the nozzle into the best operation state, before the UV printer is formally printed, please take 1~2 days to print as much as possible. It is best to use the C M Y K4 color, and add C, M, Y and K4 color bars on the two sides of the picture to ensure that the 4 sprinklers are always in the inkjet state.
2) When painting, it is best to remove the moisturizing sponge from the right side cleaning station with its bracket.
2.Maintenance of the print head after the work is completed every day.
   After all the printing operations are completed every day, in order to keep the nozzle in the best working condition and avoid blocking the nozzle due to the volatilization of UV ink, please press the nozzle for the following method to keep the equipment overnight.
1) Close the UV flat printer power supply.
2) First use the special cleaning fluid to clean the moisturizing sponge, then pour the cleaning solution onto the sponge to soak it.
3) Move the head back to the clean station at the right end and make the nozzle tightly combined with the moisturizing sponge.
4) keep this state of equipment for the night.
3.Treatment of slight clogging of the nozzles
1) In the painting process, if find that the nozzle is slightly blocked, you should not hesitate to press the PAUSE key to suspend the printing operation, and then use the syringe or manual air pump to spray the ink from the nozzle to clean the nozzle. After the cleaning, a plastic squeeze bottle must be used to spray cleaning liquid to the surface of the print head to remove the residual ink.
    Note: do not exert too much force when using manual gas pump, otherwise it will damage the nozzle because of excessive pressure.
2) Timely and thorough treatment of the slight blockage of the nozzle is very important for maintaining the best working state of the nozzle in the long time printing process.
3) In addition, it is necessary to carefully check the nozzle and find out the cause of the nozzle blockage.
4.The treatment method: It is expected to be 48 hours or more without the use of equipment.
If the equipment is not used for more than 48 hours, the ink in the nozzle must be cleaned, otherwise the ink in the nozzle will be dry up because of the solvent evaporation, and it will even cause irreversible damage to the nozzle. The methods of treatment are as follows:
1) Close the power supply of the UV flat drawing machine.
2) Move the head to the cleanest position on the left. Put a corrosion resistant container underneath the sprinkler to clean the waste liquid.
3) use glass syringe to extract or directly pour the ink in the auxiliary ink tank, then wash the auxiliary ink pot with special cleaning liquid.
4) Remove the ink supply pipe on the sprinkler head, then use the glass syringe to extract the 40ml special cleaning liquid for cleaning the sprinkler, and do 2 times. Finally, do not clean the residual cleaning liquid in the sprinkler, and must keep enough cleaning fluid inside the nozzle, because the cleaning fluid can play a moisturizing effect on the nozzle.
