How to use roll to roll heat transfer machine?

1. Temperature and time
   During sublimation transfer, the temperature should be controlled within 180 °C and 230 °C, and the time is about 10 ~ 30s, paying attention to the reasonable distribution of temperature and time.
2.Sublimation ink
   Sublimation transfer technology, key materials mainly include disperse dyes, connecting materials, solvents and a small amount of additives. The dye should have good sublimation transferability and permeability. And reach a certain degree of fastness index, molecular weight is 23O ~ 380, sublimation temperature is 180 °C ~ 240 °C.Commonly used transfer printing dyes, anthraquinone dyes, azo dyes and cationic dyes.The material has a small affinity to dye, easy to release dye gas, and has appropriate adaptability for printing, preservation and heat transfer. It is usually used to connect low viscosity ethyl cellulose, ethyl ethyl cellulose (Escherichia coli) and long oil modified alkyd resin in the connection material. Commonly used solvents are turpentine, pine oil, high boiling alcohol, aralkane, cellosolve and so on.

3. Pressure
    Pressure is also one of the important parameters in sublimation process. For example, if the pressure is too small, the gap between the fabric and the transfer paper is very large, the yarn is round, the ink molecules will collide with the air and escape, and the printing effect is poor, and the ink is easy, but the pressure is appropriate. The yarn is flat, the clearance between the transfer paper is appropriate, the transfer color is good, the pattern is clear, the line is smooth: if the pressure is too large, it is easy to deform, the fluff and the heavy fabric shape change and so on, cause the rough and the color rendering and so on. Therefore, controlling transfer pressure is very important for printing pattern, pattern clarity, visual effect and so on.
