1.Do not open the machine frequently
When you suing machine,if  you need to print a lot of things,I suggest you will need to print things together to print. Because every time the machine starts, you have to clean the nozzle and initialize the banner machine, the ink delivery system to fill the sublimation sublimation ink, this process to waste more ink, so try not to start the machine frequently.
2.Mastery of the correct method of cleaning the nozzle
   Most inkjet printing devices will automatically clean the print head and have a button to clean the nozzle. If the device's automatic cleaning function is invalid, you can manually clean the nozzle. Manual cleaning should remove the nozzle according to the procedure in

the operating manual. Manual cleaning nozzle can be in the front of the medical syringe set a fine tube, into the strict filtered water rinse, rinse with a magnifying glass to carefully observe the spray hole, such as spray hole next to the silt residue, can be used to remove the soft plastic products. Cleaning nozzle should note the following:

3) can not remove the nozzle from the flag machine placed alone, can not put the nozzle in dusty places.
3.Replace the cartridge at the right time

We know that the Sublimation Banner device detects the amount of ink in the cartridge by sensing the sensor, and the sensor prompts to replace the cartridge as long as it detects that the amount of ink in one color is less than the value set inside the banner. At this point, we can remove the ink cartridge to reset the internal sensor of the printer to determine the installation of the new cartridge.

4.Do not clean the print head frequently

    Equipment in the use of the process is often due to some factors caused by ink-jet plugging phenomenon, such as machine working environment, ink quality, machine idle time, etc., because each ink-jet head consumes a lot of ink, should try to reduce the number of cleaning ink-jet head, of course, when using the machine should pay attention to the use of machine manufacturer specified ink type.
