How to reduce the sublimation ink consumption on flag printing?

1.Centralized printing task
   If you need to print a lot of things, I suggest you gather things that need to be printed. Since the nozzle is cleaned every time the printer is started, this process wastes more sublimation ink, so the printer is not turned on or off repeatedly.
2.Maintenance of print head

   General printing equipment automatically cleans the printing head when starting, and the following points should be noted when cleaning the sprinkler.

1) do not use a sharp object to clean the nozzle, do not hit the print head, do not touch the head with your hands.

2) do not disassemble and install nozzle under electric condition and touch the electrical contacts of nozzle at will.

3) nozzles can not be unloaded at will, should be placed in a clean place.

3. Rational replacement of ink cartridges   

   The printer has an induction sensor for measuring the amount of ink in the cartridge. As long as the number of ink marks is less than the set value, the cartridge will be replaced. At this point, we can unload the cartridge and reset the internal sensor of the printer to confirm the installation of the new cartridge.
4. Reasonable number of cleaning times
   In the digital printing process, the inkjet head may be blocked. There are many reasons for clogging, such as the working environment of the machine, the quality of the dye sublimation ink, and the idle time of the machine. As each inkjet head needs to consume a lot of ink, it should be cleaned properly. Of course, when we use the machine, we can use the specified machine type ink.
