Generally speaking, we propose to deal with T-shirts ahead of schedule. We recommend three weeks, but in fact the shirt has been pretreated for several months and still has good results. The hardest part is keeping the pre treated shirts clean and dusty free until you need them.
2.Can print on the blend cotton/poly blends ?
Yes, of course. But you should avoid printing on any clothing with odor blockers or any kind of stain resistant technology though. We use water based inks and those are MADE to repel water!
3.What if there are wrinkles in print?
Printed T-shirts will still have wrinkles. So before printing, the T-shirt should be kept smooth, and attention should be paid in the printing process.
4.If you don't use it for a long time, will the nozzle be blocked?
There is no doubt that if you do not use printers for a long time, the printhead will eventually jam. Therefore, daily maintenance is very necessary.
5.What RIP software should the DTG printer use?
Use RipPro C6. It comes with the new DTG printers and is made specifically for them.
6.How long can the machine not be used?
