Basic Preparation before Using
1.Before you use this machine, please check whether the power supply is in conformity with the rated voltage of the machine. There should be a reliable protective ground wire for the top core.
2.When you replace the burned heat press parts, essential first closes down and cramps out the total attaching plug. When the replacement of the top of heat press still occupied under the high temperature condition, please do wear the heat insulation glove.
3. In the using process avoid the heat parts long time heating itself, if not switch off the power, please put a special heat press article(waste product then, may repeatedly use)in the machine to avoid it burning damage in the air. Attention do not let the acute part of the heat press objects to create the damage to each heater block.
4. In the using process, avoid the human body touching the heat parts, prevents to burn.
5. In the using process, avoid the human body touching the pressure spring, prevents the possible damage to the human body.
6. When you press down with you hand, if you feel the pressure over high and press down difficultly, please adjust the rises and falls adjusting handle to raise the nose, reduces the pressure spring to reduce the quantity, otherwise it will harm the machine's mechanical strength.
7. When rises and falls the nose, you must lock the nose tightly and loose the handle. Moreover, when in the decline limit you will feel that on the fluctuation adjusting handle has the obvious resistance, do not continue to make the senseless operation.
8. When locks the nose, the nose locking handle cannot tighten excessively, just feel has the obvious resistance can be well.
9. Do not let the minor touch the machine under nobody, even if the machine is not using!
