    Most of the dye sublimation ink is made from disperse dyes used in textile industry. Disperse dyes are widely used in textile printing and dyeing because of their saturated colors and good weather resistance. So far they are still one of the main raw materials in the printing and dyeing industry. The traditional textile printing and dyeing industry uses disperse pigment dyeing process has serious environmental pollution problems, and is not suitable for small batch production.
    Since different heat transfer ink has different chemical reagents and different solutions, how do you operate when changing different heat transfer inks?

It is normal for the test strip to appear in a few hours. If the monochrome or all no ink, or a long time after the use of ink, it is possible that ink is not enough (less than 2/3) or too much (enrichment), or there is air in the pipe, and the scraping film and the waste ink pad are too much silt up. It is best to manually evacuate pipe air and handle ink spots and clean parts.The piezoelectric machine has to print test drawings every day to keep the sprinklers moist. When the machine is shut down for a long time, it should be booted once a week to ensure that the ink pipe is smooth and wet.
